What can I do for you

Jessica advises clients in relation to enforcement of intellectual property, including pre-action and strategic advice, dispute resolution and conduct of litigation. Jessica’s contentious experience includes disputes in relation to patents, copyright, designs, and trade marks and passing off.
Jessica is developing her non-contentious advisory practice and advises clients in relation to settlement agreements, IP assignments and general advisory and clearance work.

Supporting your ambitions

Jessica has assisted clients in proceedings (both commencing and defending claims) before the High Court of Justice – Patents Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the Court of Appeal. She also has experience in managing trade mark opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings before the UK Intellectual Property Office.

What else should you know

In addition to IP matters, Jessica is also part of the advertising team advising clients (cross-sector) in relation to UK advertising compliance including clearance advice for use of claims in advertising and dealing with complaints to the Advertising Standards Authority.
