What can Kelly do for you?
Kelly is a solicitor within the real estate sector in the London office. Having previously worked in the Manchester team for a number of years, before moving into the London team in 2022, she has worked on a wide range of property transactions with a focus on managing client's real estate assets. This includes sales and purchases, lease assignments and drafting leases for both landlord and tenant predominantly in logistics, retail and development sectors. Kelly has also advised several clients on the real estate components of corporate transactions including negotiating and reviewing asset/share agreements.
Supporting your ambitions
A significant highlight for Kelly was working with Caroline Hanratty to advise a master developer on its acquisition of a site which will be developed over the next twenty years to include 6,500 houses, schools and new facilities.
What else should you know?
Outside of work, Kelly is a keen traveller and has spent many months exploring Asia, New Zealand, Australia and America. Whilst in Thailand, Kelly learnt to scuba dive and gained her SSI open water diving qualification. Kelly has continued to scuba dive all over the world including at the famous Great Barrier Reef.
