What can Lottie do for you?
Lottie is an associate in our healthcare team, having qualified in 2020. Being a part of such a fast paced and diverse sector, Lottie advises on a variety of matters within healthcare and works on various Court of Protection matters, representing CCGs or Trusts, regulatory matters where she works with the Care Quality Commission or NHS England, as well as inquests.
Supporting your ambitions
Lottie's working day revolves around client communication and support. A typical day for her includes either advising CCG clients on putting together applications before the Court of Protection, advising and advocating for Trusts and healthcare bodies in urgent applications or inquests before the Coroner, or supporting regulatory bodies in appeals before the First Tier Tribunal.
Lottie has been involved in high-profile serious medical treatment matters as well as inquests in the last year. She has always provided sound advice and good support for her clients and has built strong professional relationships with them.

Before training with Mills & Reeve Lottie has also gained international legal experience. She has taken a particular interest in human rights having worked in the European Court of Human Rights before she started her legal career in the UK. Apart from English, Lottie also speaks Romanian, French, Italian and Spanish and can assist in legal matters involving these languages.
