What can I do for you

Medi is a solicitor in our estate, trust and will disputes team, having trained at Mills & Reeve and qualified in September 2022.

Medi acts for a variety of clients, including private individuals, public sector bodies, businesses and professional indemnity insurers. She has specialist experience in will and probate disputes, trust litigation, the removal of executors, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

One of Medi's recent highlights includes successfully acting in the removal of a co-executor who had delayed the administration of an estate for over two years and advising a residuary beneficiary of a multi-million pound estate facing a historical debt claim.
