What can I do for you

Patrick specialises in dispute resolution in the construction, engineering and energy sectors - advising clients ranging from private individuals to multinational companies in the resolution of disputes in adjudication, High Court litigation and arbitration .

His recent focus has been on high value, litigious energy disputes relating to both the operation and the administration of offshore oil and gas projects and infrastructure.

Supporting your ambitions

A recent highlight for Patrick was a High Court and Court of Appeal dispute concerning a joint venture involving a number of offshore oil and gas fields. Patrick identified and secured for the clients cost savings of millions of pounds and repayment of historic overpayments of over half a million pounds.

Patrick has also recently advised in respect of a referral to a regulator in the energy sector relating to offshore infrastructure and obtained a positive result for the client.
