Richard is an employment law specialist supporting commercial clients on a wide range of employment issues, including senior exits, TUPE, disciplinary matters and equal opportunities. Richard is a vastly experienced litigator who regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal. As part of our sport law team, Richard also advises clubs, associations and athletes on employment and discrimination matters.

As Richard carries out his own advocacy, he is able to support clients from day one all the way through (and beyond) the final hearing in Employment Tribunal litigation - including preparing their response to the claim form, all case management including supporting witnesses, and then conduct of the final hearing. Richard has successfully defended the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, DHL, Debenhams, Wiggle, Kuehne+Nagel, BAM Nuttall and Learn Direct in the Employment Tribunal.
