What can I do for you

Robbie has transactional experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development work. He also provides real estate support to corporate transactions.

Supporting your ambitions

An area of focus for Robbie is providing real estate work for education clients. He has acted for a number of universities across the Midlands advising on acquisitions of sites, student housing developments, disposals of excess land, collaborations between universities and private sector entities and the transformation of university campuses.

On the commercial side Robbie regularly advises corporate entities on landlord and tenant issues including new leases, lease re-gears, lease assignments and arrangements involving substantial fit out or development works. He has a particular focus on acting for clients in the automotive sector.

What else should you know

As well as acting for further and higher education clients Robbie is also the firm's expert on the property aspects of academy conversions. He has helped in excess of 100 schools convert to academy status and also advises academy trusts on capital development projects.
