  • Public sector clients ( largely HE and FE education clients) and not for profit organisations including charities.

Sara works with her clients to ensure she understands their specific business needs, their objectives and approach to risk so that she can give tailored advice that suits their needs. Sara works with clients in a collaborative manner to assist with resolving the employment issues that clients face, whether they are strategic business decisions or day to day problems that can distract clients from managing and achieving their core business objectives.
