Tom leads our international practice and is a corporate partner, advising on M&A transactions, equity investments, ECM matters and restructuring. As Head of International, he works globally to manage our strong relationships with our hand-picked network of firms.  Last year the team supported clients in over 75 countries including USA, Germany, France, China, India and Australia.

His expertise and over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and his leadership of our international practice neatly dovetailed in the sale of its mobile parking payments division.  This strategically important transaction covered not only the UK but also France, Canada and the USA.
