What can I do for you

Zak is a partner in the firm's banking and finance team and leads the national asset-based lending (ABL) practice.  He is trusted to help both lender and borrower clients work through all types of finance transactions, with the major focus being structured and/or acquisition finance deals for mainly private equity-backed businesses and financial restructurings.

Zak quickly understands complex structures and problems and filters out the noise so as to identify the key issues for his clients in a clear and simple way. His insight and experience coupled with a commercial and pragmatic approach helps his clients achieve their desired outcomes in a co-operative, efficient and cost-effective manner.
