Our law firm’s history dates back to 1789 but our approach is anything but dated. We have built an innovative culture and look to innovate every day. Don’t just take our word for it: we’ve recently been acknowledged for our work in the FT Innovative Lawyers 2018 awards.
Innovation for us is not just about the big ideas and Eureka moments. It’s about any new ideas – however small – which help solve our clients' problems most effectively. We regularly run formal and informal innovation initiatives and everyone is actively encouraged to spot opportunities for improvement on an ongoing basis.
Innovation in action
One of our current key focuses is artificial intelligence. We are exploring how it can free up our lawyers to spend more time delivering for clients and providing them with great thinking, for instance, our real estate team is using AI for lease reporting for investment acquisitions, producing faster, more accurate reports than ever.
And our first ever legal hackathon resulted in a number of expert ideas to enhance the client experience, including a tool to help busy in-house legal teams increase or reduce our input to suit their demands.
