What can I do for you

Rob is a partner in our corporate commercial team who heads up our national primary care and NHS governance work areas. He specialises in complex primary care and NHS governance work, advising both commissioner and provider clients in the public and independent sector.

He’s recognised as one of the leading lawyers in his field and supports clients on a range of matters including the structure and implementation of collaborations, mergers and acquisitions (given his original background as a corporate lawyer), high profile and thorny contract management cases, governance issues, and organisational and structural redesign.

Rob supports his clients in a manner that navigates the myriad of legal, regulatory, and contractual obstacles that are a feature of the health and care system in the UK. He is known for his calm, efficient, and pragmatic approach and the collaborative way in which he works with his clients to help them achieve more.
