Join us for our Mock Employment Tribunal we’re running with Robert Walters on 24 June 2026, at 3pm at our London office.
With the forthcoming changes under the Employment Rights Act and the likelihood of Tribunal claims increasing, many organisations are looking for practical, hands‑on ways to understand and manage litigation risk, often before it materialises. This session offers exactly that.
You’ll have the rare opportunity to observe a full mock hearing with a practising barrister and part‑time Judge, playing the role of the Tribunal Judge. This is a unique, real‑life insight into how cases unfold, and a chance to see litigation risk play out in real time, from how evidence is challenged to how judicial reasoning is applied.
