Join us for our Employment Rights Act (ERA) roadshow, an interactive morning event hosted by Mills & Reeve and Pure Resourcing.
Key discussion areas will include:
- A focused legal update from the Mills & Reeve team
- Facilitated round table discussions
- A keynote from Jack Weaver, Norfolk Chamber's Chief Operating Officer
- Local client perspectives, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A
This event will provide a concise overview of the changes being introduced by the ERA, alongside practical discussion on the implications for employers. There will be opportunities to share views and experiences with peers.
In his keynote, Jack will offer a high‑level business perspective on the ERA. Focusing on the wider policy and external operating environment, he will explore how employers are reacting to the proposed changes, the practical challenges they anticipate and what these reforms could mean for organisational decision‑making and workforce planning across sectors and in practice.
This in-person is designed to be practical, collaborative and discussion-led, with time for informal networking throughout the morning.
