We're delighted to invite you to our Birmingham People Matter: NextGen event.
Please join us on Wednesday 17 June when Luke Ives, Associate and Culture, Equity and Inclusion Lead at Arup, will join us for an informal fireside chat. Luke leads culture, equity and inclusion across Arup’s UK, India, Middle East and Africa region and has a strong track record of embedding inclusive principles into organisational culture and day‑to‑day business practice.
Recognised as a Top 10 Diversity Trailblazer (British LGBT Awards 2025), Luke brings deep expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion alongside a background in organisational change, learning and development and project strategy. He is a trusted adviser to senior leaders and a sought‑after speaker, known for his practical, values‑driven approach.
People Matter: NextGen has been created to support next‑generation HR Leaders, helping those in the earlier stages of their HR careers to build a network and share knowledge with likeminded peers. If this is not you, but you have colleagues who would benefit from attending, please do feel free to share this invitation with them.
We very much hope you can join us and look forward to welcoming you to our first Birmingham event.
