People Matter: Birmingham NextGen networking event

We're delighted to invite you to our Birmingham People Matter: NextGen event.

Luke leads culture, equity and inclusion across Arup’s UK, India, Middle East and Africa region and has a strong track record of embedding inclusive principles into organisational culture and day‑to‑day business practice.

Recognised as a Top 10 Diversity Trailblazer (British LGBT Awards 2025), Luke brings deep expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion alongside a background in organisational change, learning and development and project strategy. He is a trusted adviser to senior leaders and a sought‑after speaker, known for his practical, values‑driven approach.

People Matter: NextGen has been created to support next‑generation HR Leaders, helping those in the earlier stages of their HR careers to build a network and share knowledge with likeminded peers.
