Beware of briefings

There are a lot of briefings floating around on the 1 October changes to construction contracts. Many of them say Tolent clauses will be outlawed. Not quite. They will still be OK if they are in writing, are in the contract, and enable the adjudicator to allocate his fees. Beware.
