Our experience - a case study
We act for one of the most expensive private schools in the country. We were approached urgently to assist on a proposed series of articles in The Times accusing the school of being complicit in people trafficking.
The claim was entirely untrue, defamatory and capable of causing serious reputational harm, not to mention newsworthy and of significant public interest.
