The leading UK law firm has also retained its “world class” ranking with a three-star Best Companies rating.
Mills & Reeve placed 18th in the UK 100 Best Companies to Work For list 2022, its highest ever ranking and an improvement on 23rd place in 2021.
The firm also featured in the Top 10 Large Companies to Work For lists in each region. The firm was ranked 2nd in Yorkshire & The Humber, 6th in London, 7th in the Northwest, 8th in the East of England and 9th in the West Midlands. Mills & Reeve improved across all regional rankings and ranked in Yorkshire & The Humber for the first time ever.
This recognition follows quickly on from the firm being named as one of the top law firms in the UK for the sixth year running by RollOnFriday.
