Elysium Healthcare acquires Broadham Care to grow autism and learning disabilities services

Leading national law firm Mills & Reeve has advised Elysium Healthcare on the acquisition of boutique residential care provider Broadham Care who focus on the delivery of autism and learning disability services to clients in the south east of England.

Elysium Healthcare was launched in November 2016 and now has over 40 centres across the UK. The group provides learning disability services, neurological services and specialist mental health care through secure services, child and adolescent mental health services, rehabilitation services, acute and intensive care services, private patient and education services across England and Wales. 

Sarah Livingston, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Elysium said:
