Previously head of legal and senior legal counsel at Bayer Crop Science, Maggie will join the commercial and life sciences team at a senior level.
Maggie brings a broad range of experience with her including leading legal support for Bayer’s UK and Republic of Ireland crop science businesses, comprising local sales, marketing and regulatory affairs organisations, UK manufacturing sites, and a joint venture with a French company, as well as day-to-day legal work focusing on commercial and contractual matters.
Maggie says: “After many years working in-house in Cambridge, I am really looking forward to returning to private practice, and excited to be joining such a dynamic life sciences practice, as part of a great team.”
