17 March 2023 Insight Are you ready to sell biodiversity units? If you are a land manager, whether a landowner, farmer, land agent or local authority (and this list is by no means exhaustive) you may be able to sell off-site biodiversity units. The market for these is emerging and the buyers are anticipated to be from a range of developers who are unable to meet in full the requirement for biodiversity net gain on a development site.
