Richard Pallot-Cook joins Mills & Reeve as a partner, bringing specialist expertise in debt restructuring and workouts.
With over 25 years of experience in the debt restructuring market, Richard has held senior roles at Dentons and Simmons & Simmons.
Based in the firm’s London office, he will work closely with finance and restructuring partners, including national head Neil Smyth, to strengthen and expand our restructuring practice.
Richard aims to develop work with his established network of clients, including banks, other lenders, restructuring advisory firms and insolvency practitioners. In addition, he will support clients requiring debt restructuring advice, where the breadth of our full‑service firm can deliver significant value.
