What can I do for you

Agata is an Associate within our Real Estate team in Cambridge. She specialises in portfolio management and in particular granting new leases, renewals, surrenders and licences. She also has experience in large scale property investment and development work for clients including educational institutions, private companies, public bodies and individuals. 

Supporting your ambitions

Agata has worked as part of a dedicated client team assisting with the delivery of a large scale residential development. She assisted with the planning process, preparation and assessment of tender submissions from prospective developers, the review and reporting on a complex title to the land and negotiation of the development agreement and associated documents. This was a very important project for the client and the team were working to tight deadlines in order to deliver the best possible outcome.

Agata comes from a bilingual background and is always happy to use her Polish skills whenever possible.
