Andrew specialises in advising high net worth entrepreneurial clients, trustees and their structures. He deals with high value, complex probates for business owning families across multiple jurisdictions, involving will trusts as well as the implementation of post-death reorganisations such as deeds of variation. He has dealt with over 100 probate cases taking up approximately 10 per cent of his time.

Supporting your ambitions

Andrew often assists clients with assets in a number of jurisdictions who may be non-resident and/or non-domiciles (including a number of Indian domiciled clients and estates where treaty relief is important). Andrew helps clients balance tax-efficiency, the protection of their assets and the ongoing success of their business interests.
