Bella qualified as an employment solicitor in 2026 and advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters across various sectors, with prior experience in pensions law, litigation and M&A. This includes expertise in defending Employment Tribunal claims, drafting and advising on settlement agreements and contracts of employment, as well as assisting businesses with restructuring situations, investigations and other HR related matters.

Bella understands the circumstances of each client will be unique and her advice is tailored to achieve an outcome that’s in the best interests of the client. Bella is personable and approachable, and helps guide her clients through sensitive aspects of employment law with empathetic and strategic advice.

Bella grew up in New Zealand and Australia and is often in San Francisco visiting family. She enjoys theatre and cinema and she worked in film before qualifying as a solicitor.
