Emma provides support on a number of our firm-wide strategic and key accounts, as well as supporting on a number of firm-wide strategic initiatives including managing the data element of the Fearless Feedback survey since its inception in 2020.

Emma also has a specialist focus on our Government sector, supporting our partners and client service teams with all aspects of relationship management (including inception, management information and billing and continuous improvement) to ensure the best experience and service is delivered.
