Emma is a corporate lawyer specialising in investment funds and alternative investment structures. This includes advising on the formation of investment funds, subsequent acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and restructuring exercises. Emma also enjoys the challenge of advising on complex joint ventures. By using a variety of vehicles (corporates, partnerships, trusts or contract) and different jurisdictions, Emma can help to deliver the right solution.
