Georgia is an associate in the construction team and advises clients on a variety of construction and engineering matters. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating consultant appointments, collateral warranties, deeds of assignment and building contracts in connection with major development projects.

Supporting your ambitions

Georgia has experience acting for a wide range of clients and project participants, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the commercial and legal issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. Her ability to appreciate the perspectives of different stakeholders helps her support clients in reaching practical and effective resolutions.

In addition, Georgia has undertaken several mini client secondments, providing her with direct exposure to in-house decision making and project delivery. As a result, she has developed a strong appreciation of the priorities, risks and commercial drivers that shape clients’ day-to-day operations and inform their strategic decisions.
