She provides pragmatic, solution‑focused advice to support day‑to‑day decision‑making and longer‑term strategic objectives. Helena also advises clients on defending Employment Tribunal claims.

Helena has extensive experience advising on Employment Tribunal claims, whether guiding matters through to final hearing or assisting clients in reaching timely, commercially appropriate resolutions. She also delivers employment law training for clients, including updates on key legal and case law developments and tailored sessions focused on specific workplace topics relevant to their business.
