What can Lauren do for you?
Lauren is a transactional lawyer who completed her legal training with the firm. She works with a range of clients including employers, government departments, other public sector clients and master developers. She works with the JCT, NEC and ICC suites of contract advising employers, landlords, tenants and contractors and she also works with bespoke forms of contract.
Supporting your ambitions
Her work involves drafting, negotiating and finalising construction documents including professional appointments, warranties and building contracts as well as framework agreements and development agreements. This also involves working with the client’s project team and advisors to support the implementation of the agreements and progression of the project.
