What can I do for you

Lauren's a specialist transactional construction lawyer who has worked in the area of construction law for several years. Her clients include master developers and real estate investors, as well as government departments and other public sector clients.

She has particular expertise in the JCT, NEC and ICC suites of contract, advising employers, landlords, tenants and contractors. Lauren also works with bespoke forms of contract, as well as drafting and advising on framework agreements and development agreements. 

She has considerable experience of advising clients in relation to Building Safety Act issues.

Supporting your ambitions

Lauren understands the client's needs and, with the assistance of her team, is a fundamental part of wider client project teams. The client project teams ensure that all construction documents are properly completed in a timely fashion and help to efficiently deliver the overall project.

She's also recently provided clients with detailed advice on the Building Safety Act and its implications.
