Poppy is a partner in the corporate team with over 20 years experience of advising public and for-profit higher education institutions and large charities and on a broad range of corporate law, charity law, governance, regulatory and funding issues. Poppy leads a team of lawyers who focus on complex corporate and commercial transactions for clients including, partnerships, international collaborations, mergers, and group restructuring work.
