Sadie is an employment law specialist who advises commercial clients on a broad range of HR and employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, contracts of employment and service agreements (including restrictive covenants), settlement agreements, and redundancy.

She regularly acts for clients defending Employment Tribunal claims, including those involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
