Supporting your ambitions
Sarah supports clients at key moments in their development, providing focused, commercially minded advice that helps them grow. She has guided businesses through early investment rounds, IPOs, secondary raisings, multi‑party joint ventures and major reorganisations.
Her work includes advising on the first dual listing of a company on AIM and the SGX market in Singapore, a long-running and complex reverse takeover for a natural resource company on AIM, and the significant corporate reorganisation of a large pension provider. These matters required deep regulatory insight and significant coordination of stakeholders, non-legal advisers and legal specialist teams.
