Stuart is a partner in the projects and construction and engineering team and specialises in transactional work and developing procurement strategies. He deals with government outsourcing projects, construction, engineering and FM.
Stuart is extremely knowledgeable in government contracts such as MSC and PSC, as well as main construction and engineering contracts including NEC, JCT, MF/1, IChemE and FIDIC.
