Stuart is a partner in the construction and engineering team and specialises in transactional work (Contracts and Appointments) and dispute management. He deals with the construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure sectors and with construction procurement, FM agreements and PPP.
Stuart is extremely knowledgeable in all main construction and engineering contracts including JCT, NEC, MF/1, IChemE, ICE, ICC and FIDIC.

Stuart works with clients at an early stage of a project, so that it is procured properly. He uses his experience to help clients avoid 'pitfalls', so that the procurement runs smoothly.
Stuart also advises clients on how to structure transactional and construction documents so that they identify and address all risks appropriately. He often reviews the technical specifications too, to ensure that they are correct.
Stuart has also been co-opted onto a number of client project management teams. He uses his in depth knowledge to provide practical and pragmatic advice throughout the construction project.
