What can I do for you

Zhanna is a senior associate in our finance and restructuring team. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, she practised as a Ukrainian lawyer for over five years at leading international law firms.

She advises both lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions, bringing a balanced and commercial perspective to her work. Her experience includes acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate lending, as well as cross-border and international matters.
