Science and technology parks

The growth of Science and Technology Parks has been steadily increasing in recent years, and accelerated during the pandemic. Occupier demand for space has triggered greater investment in this sector.

Mills and Reeve is strongly committed to maintaining our market leading capability in all areas of legal work relevant to science and technology parks. Our sector expertise within real estate, health, education, life sciences and technology enables us to provide the highest quality, commercial advice.

We know from experience that science and technology parks often involve unique issues that may not be relevant to other areas of the property and construction markets.

We have acted on transactions involving leading players in the sector, many as our client.  We understand the drivers and are well-placed to bring forward a successful transaction.

Our lawyers

Our cross sector team of experts consists of lawyers with deep sector knowledge and experience across a number of Science and Technology Parks, including establishing new and developing existing parks.
