The construction industry and the war in Ukraine

The war in Ukraine is impacting the UK construction industry in lots of ways. Here are two things you should be aware of:

1. The UK government has published PPN 01/22 'Contracts with suppliers from Russia and Belarus'. Carla Parsons has blogged on this. Her blog  can be found here.

2. The Construction Industry Council has also issued a document called 'Industry response to the Ukraine crisis. Guidance Note 1'.  It makes it clear that this is intended to be the first in a series of guidance notes about the Ukraine crisis. Guidance Note 1 can be found here.
