A highlight for Nichola was working with a farming family to update their lending requirments with the bank, in order that the client could purchase some stratigic land, and have enough land charged to the bank to enable the family to take advantage of forthcoming opportunities, without the need to take on new charges. As Nichola had worked with the client for over fifteen years, she had a deep understanding of the client's property holdings and their ethos. This longstanding relationship was invaluable in managing the banking, corporate, private client and property teams involved in the tansaction.

What else should you know
After working in Cambridge for 16 years before transferring to the Leeds office, Nichola now works remotely having relocated to Scotland, where her home office is situated (almost literally) on the banks of the River Tay, to the north of Perth.
