Benjamin works with public and private sector clients in the health and social care sector on a variety of commercial matters including contractual structures, care models, joint ventures and data protection and IP, as well as general commercial and contractual work. Having previously acted for providers on regulatory matters, Benjamin has an understanding of the pressures affecting health and care clients, helping him navigate these issues as part of his commercial offering.
