This event will provide a concise overview of the changes being introduced by the ERA, alongside practical discussion on the implications for employers. There will be opportunities to share views and experiences with peers.
In his keynote, Laurence will start with a broad overview of what the package means in practice for employers, setting out the key opportunities and areas of concern from a business standpoint. He will then move into a more detailed discussion of some of the more complex and challenging reforms, exploring reforms that may prove difficult and what this could mean for employers.
This in-person session is designed to be practical, collaborative and discussion-led, with time for informal networking throughout the morning.
