Changes set out in the Employment Rights Bill will likely result in an increase in the number of Employment Tribunal claims, this interactive session will focus on the top tips to help you manage those claims including:

• Tactics to prevent claims arising including effective investigation reports and outcome letters

• Case management including how managers, HR, data and legal teams can work together effectively in case preparation

• Supporting witnesses – who should give evidence, how you can bring them on side early and look after their well-being

• The hearing – what to expect, key “dos” and “don’ts”.

This session is aimed at HR Business Partners or equivalent roles and Employee Relations team members. We hope you can join us to informally discuss these topics, share ideas, and network with other Higher Education HR and ER professionals.
