AI is changing the way HR works, it can save you time, reduce admin, and help you focus on what really matters - your people. With the emergence of these new tools come big questions: How do you use AI in a way that’s fair, ethical, and compliant? What policies do you need to be aware of? And how can AI support, rather than replace, the human side of HR?
This session is designed to give you practical, real-world insights into AI’s role in HR today. We’ll start with a quick update from Andrew Whyatt-Sames (UptakeAI) on AI trends and policy changes that affect HR professionals. Then, we’ll dive into hands-on demonstrations of how AI can help with everyday HR challenges, from shortlisting CVs while protecting data privacy to handling routine queries with accuracy and even supporting leadership development.
We’ll also explore how HR teams can work with leadership, IT, and compliance teams to make AI adoption smooth and effective.
Finally, we’ll hear from Anna Tanner (Flagship Housing) who'll share her experience of bringing AI into her organisation—what worked, what didn’t, and what she’s learned along the way.
