For our March HR Energy event, we're going to delve into the data. 

We're very pleased to have secured Hattie Atkinson Smith from Aviva, who will talk to us about what data analytics is, what it can be used for and why you will want to gather (the right) data and leverage it for the benefit of both your organisation and your colleagues.  Hattie will also look at what to avoid doing with data/software to maximise your time and investment.
