In-house in focus: Fraud - what you need to know to prevent it, detect it, and act on it when it happens

Webinar

With the economy constricting, fraud is on the rise – whether by employees against employers, third parties your organisation has a business relationship with, or complete strangers using the arsenal of tools at their disposal to target your organisation to steal.

Due to new legislation, organisations now not only have to worry about being the victim of fraud, but also about falling foul of new criminal offences such as the “senior manager offence” or failing to prevent fraud, which requires organisations have reasonable fraud prevention procedures in place to avoid criminal liability.

In this In-house in Focus webinar, we’ll outline what organisations need to do to prevent and detect fraud, and then what to do if a fraud is detected to minimise damage.
