North West Dispute Resolution conference - Changes in Family justice

We are pleased to invite you to the 11th annual Northwest Dispute Resolution Conference. The theme for this year is Changes in Family Justice

Our speakers will share their thoughts and their experiences based on their own practice areas. The specific topics will include the pathfinder project and the voice of the child in children law cases, plus the impact of the recent changes in the Family Procedure Rules on how financial remedy cases are resolved. We will look at what is now working well and what still needs to improve in family dispute resolution.

If you have any dietary or access needs, please complete this requirements form.
