The lifecycle of a development: Navigating the pitfalls and challenges - session 1

The journey from acquiring a site to delivering a completed development is rarely straightforward. Every stage presents its own risks, challenges and opportunities, requiring developers, investors and advisers to navigate a complex legal and commercial landscape.

Join Mills & Reeve for our two-part seminar series, The lifecycle of a development: Navigating the pitfalls and challenges, where we'll follow a hypothetical mixed-use development from acquisition through planning and construction to completion and occupation.

Using practical case studies, our team will explore the key challenges that can arise at each stage of a project, sharing real-life insights and discussing how common issues can be identified, managed and resolved before they become costly problems.

We encourage you to attend both events to gain a complete view of the development lifecycle, although each session can also be attended as a standalone event.

We hope you can join us for what promises to be a practical and engaging discussion of the legal, commercial and strategic issues that shape successful developments.
