We've strengthened our nationally recognised family team with the strategic lateral hires of two partners, Brett Frankle and Rachel Donald, who join our London office.
Their appointments reinforce our position in the high net worth and ultra-high net worth private wealth market.
Brett Frankle, formerly of Withers, brings extensive experience in wealth protection, international family law and complex financial arrangements. Recognised for his strong track record, Brett joins to support growth in London’s competitive market. He will play a key role in sustaining our Tier 1 family offering.
Brett is committed to providing innovative, non-court dispute resolution options and leveraging digital tools such as virtual hearings and paperless processes to enhance convenience and efficiency for clients worldwide.
Rachel Donald, formerly with Russell‑Cooke, adds depth in litigation, non-court dispute resolution and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements for high net worth clients. With a robust referral network across the UK and overseas, Rachel will drive cross-border private wealth work, supporting the team’s growth trajectory.
Rachel is passionate about making legal services accessible and flexible, embracing digital transformation and sharing thought leadership to guide clients through evolving family law reforms.
