Mills & Reeve supports Four Seasons Health Care Group

The transaction forms part of the £241 million sale of the business and assets of the Group’s high-performing freehold care homes.

The Health and Care team at Mills & Reeve has supported the Four Seasons Health Care Group, including with the recent sale of 11 Scottish care homes on 25th April 2025 as part of the £241,000,000 sale of the business and assets of the Group’s high-performing freehold care homes across England, Scotland and Jersey.  

Mills & Reeve has advised the Group since 2022 on numerous care home sales from its extensive national portfolio as part of its comprehensive restructuring process.

The Mills & Reeve team was led by Health and Care M&A lead Julian Smith (Partner) and Charlotte Bull (Principal Associate) and were supported by the firm’s wider corporate, real estate and employment teams.
