DWP is the UK’s largest public service department and has 750 sites across the UK including Job Centres, Medical Assessment Centres and Corporate Centres. The Estates Target Operating Model (ETOM) will support estate management to deliver a future-fit, sustainable estate.
ETOM is made up of a number of contracts with facilities and property management providers, with an Integrator at the centre, managing these services. Mills & Reeve’s role will be to advise on the operation of all the contracts and implementing future requirements for ETOM.
