What can Abigail do for you?
Abigail is a newly qualified associate solicitor in the Mills & Reeve family team advising on all aspects of relationship breakdown. She works closely with her team to assist clients, both married and unmarried, with the implications of their separation and/or divorce. She also advises on important children issues.

Abigail understands the emotional toll that family disputes can have on every person involved and she approaches every case with empathy and the desire to resolve it in the most collaborative, timely and cost-effective way possible. Abigail provides practical solutions to assist her clients throughout this difficult period in their life, and with the aim to help them move forwards. Abigail has experience with both the court process, and the various dispute resolution processes.

Abigail has recently joined the Manchester Young Resolution committee. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching law and working with IntoUniversity as a Corporate Mentor to provide advice to students on both their academic studies and the routes into a legal career.
Abigail is also an avid member of Ability, the Mills & Reeve's disability and neurodiversity working group. She enjoys contributing her ideas and experiences to help increase accessibility at the firm.
